Return Policy
The Blue Heron Gift Shop does not accept returns for refund under any circumstances. However, if an item has been damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace the item. Just ship it back to us as it was recieved and we will ship you out a replacement.
Shipping Policy
Items will be shipped with in 1 business day. Customers will be contacted by e-mail if any items are currently not in stock.
All prices are in Canadian funds. Your credit card company will automatically make the exchange at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes will be applied to Canadian residents. All items are shipped using Canada Post.
Shipping Costs: $4 handling fee per order, plus shipping: $2.50 per books, clan items, DVDs; $1 per CD.
